Hi, I’m Sarah Cooke — a transformation guide, intuition coach, and channel with a background in engineering and technology, and two decades in corporate transformation and innovation.

In private practice, I work with people who know there’s more available than just pushing harder.

Raised in the human potential movement

I grew up in what people now call the human potential movement.

We lived in a small, rural midwestern college town, and we had a sensory deprivation float tank in our living room instead of a couch.

Dreams and astrology were everyday tools in our house. I learned Tai Chi and basic nervous system regulation alongside learning to read.

As a teenager, my dad and I regularly used Monroe Institute Gateway tapes—guided out-of-body and expanded-awareness meditations—to train our consciousness.

At the same time, through my mom—an accounting professor—academics and financial literacy were non-negotiables. I was raised in two worlds: expanded states of awareness and very practical, numbers-on-the-page reality.

Two decades in complex organizations

When it came time to choose a career, the path that lit up for me was engineering and leadership. I've always loved systems, creating structure that can scale, and being on the leading edge of change.

That led to two decades in corporate leadership roles in operations, innovation, and culture transformation for major global and national brands. Along the way, I built an independent consulting business.

The practices of my childhood didn't vanish — they moved into the background while I learned how companies, teams, and strategies actually function.

When a series of accidents left me with injuries that I manage to this day, I coped with the uncertainty the only way I knew how — by doubling down on work.

For years, recognition and bigger opportunities made it easy to pretend I was thriving. But my health was visibly eroding, and I barely noticed as my life outside of work got smaller and duller.

Bringing both worlds together

The first time I stopped was not by choice. A period of forced rest turned into a sabbatical — and the beginning of a different relationship with time, work, and what I need to thrive.

Since then, I've returned to work sabbaticals whenever I sensed a chapter had completed.

This taught me that endings create the space necessary for what's next to emerge.

In these pauses — the desert, the jungle, the ceremony — a more subtle power from my childhood returned: intuition and inner guidance.

Since 2012, I've been deliberately integrating these two worlds — consciousness work and high performance — supported by teachers and communities around the world.

The result is fuel for people who know there's more available from life than the outdated definition of success.

I'll help you make clear, bold moves guided by deeper insight and inner wisdom, building lives and work around your true gifts rather than habit or pressure.
