Live Event Policies
Version 1.0 - Effective February 8, 2026.
By purchasing an online event ticket or pass, you agree to these Live Event Policies. If you do not agree, do not purchase access.
Access
After you register, you’ll receive an email with your event access details. Please save that email so you can join easily.
Replay + transcript
Replays and transcripts are typically available within 1–3 days after the event. Replay hosting is available for at least 90 days, and we often keep it available longer when possible. You are encouraged to download (for personal use only).
Recording + participation choices
Live events are typically recorded. Your camera is always optional,
If you speak during Q&A or appear on video, your voice (and possibly your image) may be included in the recording shared with ticket holders and archived in the Aladash Teachings library.
We take reasonable steps to protect participant privacy (for example, using Zoom focus mode during the teaching, editing clips used publicly, and labeling transcripts with “Participant” rather than names), but privacy can’t be guaranteed — technology settings can fail and attendees may screen capture using their own means.
If you are concerned about privacy, you can keep your camera off, use only your first name, and/or choose not to ask a live question.
You’re always welcome to attend quietly with your camera off.
Refunds / transfers
For live online events, all sales are generally final once you register, because you receive access to the replay and transcript even if you can’t attend live.
If the event is canceled or significantly rescheduled by us, we will offer either a full refund or a transfer of your ticket to another session.
