In-Person Live Event Policies
Version 1.0 - Effective April 2, 2026.
By purchasing an in-person event ticket or pass, you agree to these In-Person Live Event Policies. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
Access
After you register, you’ll receive an email with your event access details. Please save that email for future reference.
Recording + participation choices
In-person live event may or may not be recorded. Learn the specifics about your event in the event FAQ.
If you speak during the event your voice (and possibly your image) may be included in the recording shared with other registrants and archived in our library for possible future use.
We take reasonable steps to protect participant privacy (for example, editing clips used publicly, and labeling transcripts with “Participant” rather than names), but privacy can’t be guaranteed — technology settings can fail and it's possible that attendees may, unbeknownst to us, make recordings using their personal devices.
Refunds / transfers
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Notify us of your cancelation by emailing support@sarahcooke.com.
If the event is canceled or significantly rescheduled by us, we will offer either a full refund or a transfer of your ticket to another session.
