Concentric ripples expanding outward from a single point on still water, warm golden sky fading to deep blue. Testing the Waters — 3-Session Intensive with Sarah Cooke, June 16–18, 2026.

Testing the Waters

3-Session Live Channeled Teaching

You've made a change. Maybe a big one. Or maybe you're standing at the edge of one, knowing something needs to shift but not yet sure how far to go.

The instinct is often to move all at once — replace the strategy, reset the relationship, commit fully before you've had a chance to learn anything. Or to hold back entirely, because a partial move feels dishonest, or risky, or not enough.

Neither of those is experimentation. And experimentation is what actually works.

Testing the Waters is a live channeled teaching and energy attunement on the practice of iterative experimentation — how to figure out what actually fits you, at this stage of your life, in your current situation. Not as a one-time decision, but as a skill you return to throughout your life as your circumstances and understanding continue to evolve.

The Guides use a specific image for this: the toe in the water. A little at a time. Feeling for temperature. Going deeper when it's working, pulling back without collapse when it isn't.

This is not timidity — it's precision.

And there's a dimension here that most teachings on change leave out: what you do affects the people around you.

Abrupt change — the full 180 overnight — confuses and distances the people in your life. Tested, graduated change allows those who belong on the journey to stay on it. Those who no longer fit naturally fall away, gracefully — without damage to the relationship or the memory of it.

You'll walk away with:

  • Confidence in your process to move into change in a way that brings others along rather than creating resistance

  • A new understanding of experimentation as a lifelong practice — and a more honest expectation of what the journey of growth actually looks like

  • Activated sensitivity to your own signals — what's working, what needs adjustment, and when to pull back without abandoning the process

Why this is an intensive

Unlike the monthly live series, this is three sessions on three consecutive days. The tight container creates momentum and allows the teaching to deepen across sessions — in the room and in your life between them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any pre-requisites?

No prerequisites. You don’t need to have attended previous sessions or be familiar with channeling. People join from many different backgrounds and levels of experience. The only request is that you come with an open mind, open heart, and respect for others in the space.

What’s the difference between the Live Series and an Intensive?

Live Series: The Sunday Live Series happens on the fourth Sunday of every month at 1:00 PM US Eastern. You can buy a single session pass or get the 2026 Live Series Pass to attend the monthly sessions for the year (best value). This series provides a steady cadence of gentle, guided growth.

Intensives: Intensives are held four times a year and run for 3 consecutive days at 7:30 PM US Eastern. They provide a deeper, more immersive experience and build fast momentum for change.

How they work together: The Live Series supports steady month-to-month growth. Intensives are deeper dives. They complement each other—and you can do either path or both.

Important: Intensives are not included in the Live Series Pass.

What time is the livestream in my local time zone?

All event times are listed in US Eastern Time. To find your local time, use a time zone converter such as WorldTimeBuddy.com. These tools account for seasonal time changes (Daylight Saving Time) that affect some countries but not others, so you don’t have to know these details.

How do I join the livestream?

Live events are hosted on Zoom. Once you register, you’ll be emailed a link to join the session. We’ll also send a reminder close to the event. You can join from a computer, smartphone, tablet, or dial in by phone if needed. (For private sessions, participants may choose Zoom or Google Meet.)

What if I can’t be there live?

Many people register knowing they can’t attend live. You’ll receive replay + transcript within 1-3 days after the event. Most participants find that watching with full attention is just as powerful as being there live. However, by not attending live you miss out on the chance to ask your own question to the Guides, during the Q&A, and to connect with like-minded people on a similar journey.

How soon will replays be available and how are they delivered?

Replay video and written transcript are usually available within 1–3 days. You will receive a link to access the files via email.

Is there a deadline to access replays/transcripts?

Replays and transcripts are provided through a shared cloud folder or our online portal for at least 90 days, and we often keep it available longer when possible. You are encouraged to download —for personal use only.

How do I ask a question to Sarah and the Guides?

Right now, questions are simple and conversational. We usually go round-robin and you can also raise your hand (visually or using Zoom’s Raise Hand) if you’d like to ask something next. We don’t take questions in advance, because the intention is that questions arise from the live teaching, and a brief dialogue is often helpful to clarify what you’re really asking.

Note: Q&A is for live participants. If you can’t attend live, you’re welcome to bring your question to a future session.

Can I attend privately?

Yes. Your camera is always optional. Video is encouraged during discussion and Q&A, but during the channeled teaching most people listen with cameras off.

This event is recorded. If you speak or appear on video, your voice (and possibly your image) may be included in recordings that are shared with participants and may be archived in the Aladash Teachings library. In the future, recordings (or excerpts) may also be used in other Aladash Teachings offerings, including promotional materials.

We take reasonable steps to protect participant privacy (for example: Zoom focus mode during the teaching, editing clips for privacy, and using “Participant” in transcripts). Still, privacy can’t be guaranteed—technology controls can fail and any live video call can be screen-captured by attendees.

If privacy is a concern for you, you can keep your camera off, use only your first name, and choose not to ask a live question. You’re always welcome to attend quietly and just listen.

What if I have technical issues?

If possible, join a few minutes early to test your audio and video. If you’re disconnected during the event or unable to join, you’ll still receive the full replay and transcript, so you won’t miss the teaching itself.

Is this therapy or medical advice?

No. These sessions are educational and developmental in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Continue to seek appropriate professional support for any health or mental health concerns and use your own discernment about how to apply what you receive.

Why is there a fee to participate?

The Guides often speak about the importance of reciprocity, and this fee is one way we honor that in practice.

Even a modest fee carries intention. It creates a clear energetic exchange for the channeled work, the time and skill that go into it and the technology that supports the process. It also invites you to make a conscious investment choice—signaling to yourself that you’re ready to show up and engage.

If you feel strongly called to participate but genuinely can’t afford the fee, please reach out to
support@sarahcooke.com. We don’t want finances to be the only barrier to this work.

What is your refund policy?

For live online events, all sales are generally final once you register, because you receive access to the replay and transcript even if you can’t attend live. If the event is canceled or significantly rescheduled by us, we will offer either a full refund or transfer of your ticket to another session.
