The Aladash Teachings
The Aladash Teachings are a living body of channeled teachings, guided experiences, and energetic attunements shared through Sarah Cooke—delivered through live events, replays, and written material.
They’re designed to support real transformation: clearer inner sight, more mature relationship with emotion and intuition, and better choices—in your personal life, your work, and the direction you’re building toward.
You don’t need to set your intellect aside to engage this work. You’re invited to bring your questions, your doubts, and your critical mind to the table. In fact, that’s part of the path.
Who the Guides are
The teachings come through the Council—a voluntary collective of nine non-physical beings, sometimes referenced as the Galactic Council and most often called simply the Guides.
One member, Aladash, serves as Sarah’s primary liaison and represents the group in this transmission.
The Council’s orientation is service: supporting human evolution, growth, and a clearer path forward—individually and collectively. They hold a direct stake in the human experience, with each member having lived—or holding the potential to live—human lives.
Why they're teaching now
The purpose is simple and serious: to help people see more clearly and move more cleanly through life—especially during a time when fear, overwhelm, and distortion can easily dominate decision-making.
There’s also a deliberate focus on people whose choices ripple outward—leaders, founders, builders, and business owners—because one person’s clarity can change a team, a culture, a company, and beyond.

What it's like to experience the teachings
The Aladash Teachings land on two levels at once:

The point isn’t to collect concepts. The point is to create an internal shift: less distortion, more coherence, and greater capacity to navigate reality with steadiness.

Believing (redefined for modern life)
In these teachings, believing isn’t blind faith and it isn’t about believing in Sarah or believing in the Guides.
Believing is treated as a relationship with reality—a practice of noticing, testing, collecting evidence through lived experience, and letting trust become grounded over time.
And yes: doubt is welcome. Bring it forward. Unspoken doubt tends to limit what can be fully received—not as punishment, but as mechanics—so it becomes something to work with directly rather than something to hide.

Sarah's role
Sarah's role is an equal partner with the Guides in this work. Her role is receiver and steward.
During transmission, Sarah’s role is receptive — a clear channel for the Guides. Her lived experience, language, and professional background shape how the teachings are expressed—and how they become usable in modern life.
When not actively receiving, she is a fellow student as well as the primary steward of this body of work. She creates the container for others to experience it and has the responsibility of distributing the information to be applied by others.
This is a specific transmission: this Council, through this Council liaison (Aladash), through this communicator (Sarah). <-- I feel like this is going too far.
The Book
A central thread within this body of work is a book the Council is writing through Sarah, released over time through teachings that form a structured arc.
The emphasis is not “new doctrine,” but remembrance: timeless principles delivered in a way that can be understood, applied, and integrated now.
