I work with people who know there’s more available than just pushing harder.
Together, we listen for the guidance that’s already present and turn it into clear, practical next steps in real life.

I grew up around what people now call the human potential movement. In a small midwestern college town, we had a sensory deprivation float tank in our living room.
My dad and I used Monroe Institute Gateway tapes—guided out-of-body and expanded-awareness meditations—to train our consciousness.
Dreams and astrology were everyday tools for understanding what was moving in our lives.
I learned Tai Chi and basic nervous system regulation alongside learning to read.
When it came time to choose a career, the path that lit up for me was engineering and leadership. I’ve always loved systems, structure, and making things work better at scale.
That led to two decades in corporate leadership roles in operations, innovation, and culture transformation for major global and national brands.
Along the way, I built an independent consulting firm and founded a non-profit network for business leaders focused on social impact and conscious business.
The practices of my childhood didn’t vanish; they moved into the background while I learned how companies, teams, and strategies actually function.

After a major accident, years of recovery alongside high-intensity work eventually made one thing clear: neither side of my experience—consciousness tools or high performance—was sufficient on its own.
Over the last fifteen years, I’ve been deliberately integrating them.
The result is the work I do now: a blend of expanded awareness, nervous system intelligence, and grounded strategy for people who know there’s more available to them than grinding inside the old definition of success.
I help people learn to be guided by intuition and deeper insight, so they can make clear, bold moves and create lives and work that are driven by their truest gifts, not by habit or pressure.
My methods draw on wisdom lineages, contemporary research, and a lifetime of experimentation—including, yes, that float tank in the living room.
